International Social Mentality and Researcher Thinkers Journal (SMART JOURNAL); It started broadcasting in September 2015.

SMART Journal is headquartered in İstanbul/Turkey.

SMART Journal is INTERNATIONAL, INDEXED, REVIEWED, E-JOURNAL. SMART  is an open-access journal that accepts the criteria of COPE and BOAI.

The publication languages of the journal are all languages of the world, with priority being English and Turkish.

All of the articles to be published and published in the SMART JOURNAL include original studies prepared in the field of SOCIAL SCIENCES determined by YÖK (Higher Education Council) and UAK (Interuniversity Board). These areas are;
